Duo straps are an exciting and strength-based discipline that can mix up any aerialist’s repertoire with some interesting spins and partner work. Join Cuream & Mykelle as they teach the basics of aerial partnering with straps and also their signature duo combinations that are total crowd pleasers! No partner needed, can mix and match with anyone in the workshop!
Pre-reqs: Must have the shoulder strength to hang from one arm safely and spin comfortably.
