Teaching Methodology

I believe that slow and steady is the way to go and that everyone has a certain aptitude for body awareness. I think half the battle is figuring out how to unlock that and make the magic happen. I’m always happy to take the time to find that in each and every one of my students, while making sure we pursue that in a safe and controlled approach. I can’t wait to share my knowledge and learn a few new things from you! See you in class! ~Cuream

Straps Essentials

In this course, students will learn standard conditioning movements. These movements build a solid foundation for straps like straight arm inversions, skin the cats, nutcrackers, and meathooks. Advanced students will learn the straps conditioning essentials while also exploring higher level strength moves such as back flags, levers, and muscle-ups. All of which are tailored to the student's pace and level. The aerial straps discipline requires a good deal of strength and primarily targets the shoulders and upper body. The course will help to increase your strength overall and serves as a great cross-training apparatus for any aerial discipline or climbing in general.

Aerial Conditioning

The aerial conditioning class is a course tailored to each students' specific needs. The course exercises are designed to strengthen students' aerial awareness and endurance overall by focusing on skills they have difficulty with from their respective apparatuses. This course also encompasses a great bit of aerial theory where previous skills learned on on apparatus are to another, therefore giving the student a well-balanced approach to any apparatus they choose. The course will help to increase your strength and aerial knowledge overall. It also serves as a great cross-training course for any aerial discipline or climbing in general. All level students are welcomed!
